Rear seat rattle

Hi. I am wondering if anyone can tell me if the folding rear seat latch is adjustable. There is a rattle from the n/s seat which can only be solved by folding down or when somebody is sitting on it.

Further to my earlier post I have found that this rattle comes from the hinge, hidden under a plastic trim. It has either come loose or failed completely. Any advice before I attempt to take it apart?
