This happed today,00000_ _ on start up,usaly it 00000000,then the milage comes on,all fluids on the max,so don't know what it means???

It means the oil is a little low but they have been known to play up and show like yours when max on dipstick - they are also know to show full when the engine is very low on oil hence never trust the oil indicator.

Yes if the dipstick is on max you can do no more - suspect sticking switch it may sort itself out.
