Gearbox Oil and Power Steering Fluid

I've checked and double checked my user manual and service book, but I cannot find what spec/grade or quantity required for both.

If some kind gent or lady could please let me know that would be brilliant?

Vehicle is Bingo Van, 2010, 850kg Enterprise version. Not that it matters but no PDF only cat.

Gearbox 75/80
Power steering any normal ATF fluid

The gear box level is the same fill hole so when the gear oil dribbles out it's at the right level .
The power steering oil ATF /TQF red the filer cap on the power steering has a dipstick on it with Max / Min level on it .
