Berlingo Tyre Pressures

Hello should be easy for someone on here to answer. I have recently bought a 2008 1.6Hdi B9 type Multispace.

Unfortunately in it's past life at sometime it looks like someone tried to gain entry with a screwdriver [or some such tool] into the drivers door. The upshot being the small sticker panel that has tyre pressures and other details has been partially scraped off making the tyre pressures unreadable. I have looked in the manual that came with the vehicle and that helpfully refers you to the sticker!

I have 16" wheels on the Berlingo, can someone please tell me the correct tyre pressures for both normal and heavy loads as per the sticker [in bar or psi]
