double din radio to single din?

I want to remove the original stereo and fit my single din DAB. Can anyone suggest a double din to single din adapter please. I've looked on eBay but they seem model specific and there are no berlingo ones I can see. Also are the only speakers in the top of the dash?

Thankyou guys, please forgive my lack of knowledge but does it leave a gap above/ below the head unit?

I was imagining that what I would need would be something that had a cubby hole and a single din hole for the stereo like this:

Yeah it sits the single unit bang in the middle of where the double would be. The trim itself finishes it quite nicely.
