Can I downgrade my radio software from a RD45 to RD4

Cutting a long story short, I got my van brand new in 2014, I have recently upgraded my stereo to a double din unit, got both connect2 boxes to work with my audio stalk, but here is my problem my beep from my rear parking sensor has stopped, spoke to my audio fitter and he installed one on a 14 plate Berlingo with a RD4 and worked fine, spoke to connects2 and said they won't be supporting RD45 and time soon.

I've seen some pictures online and I'm pretty sure the main board is populated with different components, so the answer is probably no, if I remember right someone was trying to go the other way from a rd4 to a rd45.

I was looking into it as I wanted both Bluetooth and a standard look
