Advice on coolant header tank outlets please?

My header tank has a leak so i went and bought another from ebay the problem is the one i have been sent has an outlet missing on the top
So i was wondering if all 3 outlets are needed? The 1st pic is my original tank and the 2nd photo is the one i just bought.

Yes they are, they are there for a reason, normally to bleed air from various parts of the cooling system and allow correct water flow round it, if you have too many then blank em on the bottle but not enough is a no go

Can you fit a T connector in the ones you have ?
