Going from the old system to the new touch screen - the touch screen is a million times better. The Citroen menu system is utter pants in comparison. Before the update (and i still can) everything was done by bluetooth, but now having the Carplay installed albeit via a cable for the moment until the bluetooth release is ready, functionality is far superior.

Not sure Hugh as my service was in may or june of this year.

I use the satnav on the touchscreen over the factory one - simply because it works all from voice command or knows my destination based on time of day. Pretty useful knowing if the traffic is going to be a mare on the way home. GPS on the phone works just fine in the footwell pocket

I hope it's OK to resurrect this old thread? I am hoping that a member will be kind enough to help with our MirrorLink problem.
We have recently bought a 2016 Berlingo Multispace Flair.
My wife was hoping to have an on-screen GPS system but was re-assured that she could use the MirrorLink to mirror Google Maps or whatever from her Samsung Galaxy S5 to the car's screen which satisfied her but, we have been unable to get her phone to link.
Using the info here, I have ascertained that SMEG6.3.C.R.11, CD: 31061, Dated: 09-05-16 is installed.
a) Is this the most up to date system or do we need an update?
b) My wife was told to install Android Auto on her phone by the Peugeot helpline but that doesn't seem to work with the car.
I am hoping we are missing something obvious!
Brian

It seems with Android you have to have mirrorlink enabled apps

Thanks for the reply Tree. It's Google Maps that we really want to use to make up for lack of built-in GPS on the Berlingo. Everything I read says it's MirrorLink enabled.
I will keep trying but if anyone else uses a Galaxy S5 successfully can they please say so as that will encourage me to persevere!
Brian

I can’t help as I use CarPlay from Apple. That works seamlessly. The only
Issue I ever have is the usb connection dropping from time to time.

Having drawn a blank, I phoned our nearest Citroen dealership and spoke to Colin in the Service Dept (Yeoman's in Exeter). It appears that the only Galaxy phones guaranteed to be compatible are the S9 and the A8. Heyho!
