AC relay is usually part of the BSI board.

Not working. been charged up, compressor not coming on.

So if the gas pressure is now correct (after charging up, and after a vacuum test for assuring no leaks in the circuit), maybe the aircon compressor electric clutch is needing work. You can test most of the problems that can occur using Lexia...
