I bought 5-bar chequer plate rubber mats for the front and 2nd row but couldn't find one for the load compartment, so I made this from a 1.5m x 1.5m square piece purchased on eBay.

We got our van lined with the same stuff. A bit niffy to start with but does the job nicely!

I got a nice mat from Costco for around £15.
Made by Michelin and very robust, also has a nice lip round the edge to collect fluid spills.
Fits almost exactly into the rear on my 07 Berlingo.
The OPs effort looks spot on.
