Is it possible to change the steering wheel in a multispace to somthing like rally cars one ya know the small ones ,

There are various threads on here about changing steering wheels but mainly swapping wheels from other citroen/Peugeot cars ie leather covered from the 206/207.
Are we there yet?????
Ex 1.6hdi van now 3 seater 1.4 multispace
