Hi Everyone.
I have the 1.9 old model Belingo multispace and love it ...but its not great at pulling our camper trailer esp uphill ....
we are now thinking of a new belingo ...well used....second gen ?...or skoda yeti ?....the yeti i think looks too small and yet its got 4x4 option 

help with decision ...?

what is gen 2 like 
the positive and negative 

should i avoid ....cant afford to get this one wrong ...cheers

I don't often stick my head above the parapet but, as none of the regulars have come along, here are my thoughts.

The 2.0HDi as fitted to the first gen has lots of muscle and should pull your camper trailer with no problem.  Loads of torque, great MPG and it just runs and runs without complaining.  So one of those might be your solution.  Wish I'd never sold mine.

Nothing particularly positive to say about the B9.  It does the job, it's a bit more elegant, but lacks the simple utility of its predecessor.  Gives the impression of an attempt to fix something that wasn't broke.  All depends what you're looking for.  Will it haul your trailer any better than your existing Lingo?  Really not sure.
