Programming "Plip" Keys

My new "plip" key head arrived yesterday so I set about programmimg it ............... and failed :brickwall:

I followed the instructions given in the "How To..." section of this forum but it didn´t work. I then looked at the instructions given in Lexia (see attached picture) and followed those, but that didn´t work either.

Does anyone have any other suggestions as to why I can´t program this remote?

That is strange. It sounds exactly like the procedure I have read on several other sites. Hopefully PK7478 will be along with some advice.
