She's going well

Well,the next milestone reached yesterday,she's going well, returning 57.4mpg over the 170k I've had her,still same rear shoes and all original suspension,same clutch and turbo,the list goes on,I never need to top up the oil between changes,checking with dipstick and not relying on the dash gauge,my flabber is well and truly gasted :-),
ps..I've stuck another 1400 on since this picture.

Glad you have posted this - i take it it is a 1.6hdi? May stop some of the BS associated with that engine.

yup,1.6hdi,Every 8/9 thousand mile, oil and filter change,every 3 oil changes,fuel and air filter changed and an engine flush put in,2 cambelt/water pump changes (3rd one next month) ....cant fault her,doesn't get thrashed though,I drive for mpg not mph,it's my profits I'm eating,she's never missed me a day,refused to start or come home on a truck,when I first bought her I joined this forum and was mortified by what I read,thought I'd bought the wrong make of van,I've had other citroens with the dodgy french electrics so wanted this as basic as you can,no electric windows/mirrors or aircon,no central locking (I had that fitted after I bought it).... cheers,Ian.
