[Steering & Suspension] Knocking when turning right!???

I have a knocking sound coming from the front of my van but only happens when turning right!?
The noise happens every time I go round a right bend, it's a quick double tap tap sound that seems to be from foot well steering rack area??
I have over time had the drop links and top mounts changed to stop other knocks but this one has stumped me and the local garage??
Has anyone had to have a new steering rack to solve knocking noises as this is looking like my next port of call unless someone has a better idea.....

I would have thought a driveshaft would knock constantly untill wheel is straightened, this is two knocks then then nothing untill wheel is straightened then turned right again then two knocks.... And so on
Mainly heard when slow driving, villages, car parks etc

Some only knock on full lock,its worth a look

Possibly the strut bearing or the ball joint.my right ball joint is doing exactly the same knock, only changed it 3 years ago
