Heated rear window switch
#1
I have a 2009 B9 van with solid rear doors yet have the above switch, it lights up when you press it but seen as I haven't used the van in the winter yet I'm not sure what it does, will it likely heat the mirrors or even the front screen although I thought Ford had the patent on this.

I'd guess it would turn on the heat for the mirrors. You can pop one of the mirrors out and see if it has an electrical connection. Would doubt that the front screen is heated by anything other than the car heater.

Yup heated mirrors for winter Smile

Thought it would be the mirrors. For the handles I recommend bluetac and stanley knife blades, just remember they are there.
