Towbar weight

Hi all, I have a fixed towball fitted to my new berlingo, any idea how much weight it adds? The reason I ask is that I'm trying to make a rough calculation as to what I can pack in the van without going to a weighbridge.

Hmmm, not much info to go on.

If just the towball they don't weigh much, maybe 1-2kg (although I've got one on a mounting plate on my Land Rover which combined probably weighs 10kg). If you know the manufacturer you might be able to find the weight online.

Even if you include all the mounting bits it won't make much difference to your maximum carrying weight.
