Don't forget the manual is generic and covers all models, you might not actually have folding mirrors fitted to you berlingo...

The things we keep learning...
I used to have a xsara picasso with the same mirror regulating knob, and one time my daughter turned it to 6 O´clock (or maybe she turned it a bit more, quite likely) and broke it...but the mirros in the picasso did not fold, they were only electrically regulated.
I had never suspected the button on my PUG could be turned like that (and I had not read the manual fully before this post). In fact, rotating the button to 6 O´clock, engages the mirrors to folded position. at least in my 2011 PUG partner...but it is by rotating it to the position, not by "clicking" only.
Cheers

Pleased to hear that you have got to the bottom of this at last.

Greetings all!
I have 2012 XTR and have discovered the hard way that the external mirrors do not defrost.
Should I have this facility and if so what switch/fuse operates it?
After reading the folding mirror saga should I also have this facility?
Happy New Year to All!
Tom.

They should defrost when the rear screen demister is switched on.

Ta.
They don't - do they have a separate fuse and if so where is it?
Regards,
Tom
