2003 Berlingo Multispace 1.9D electrical gremlins

OK, Totally baffled at present !!

Bought a 2003 Berlingo Multispace 1.9D which had non-start and electrical issues, thinking it might be a simple BSI reset to sort.

Obviously not! Am now thinking that the previous owner was a little less forthcoming about the issues as I think the BSI may have been replaced.

Two friends with diagnostic analysers unable to communicate sensibly with the car, so wondering if anyone near to Frome (North Somerset) has access to a Lexia ???

I will now wait in anticipation !!!

Have a look on French car forum as they have a map of all members with lexia willing to help and you may find one in your area http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/

Bsi reset won't help non start, never known it in ten yrs of fixing pugs (message for anyone else that thinks this), hope you find a lexia and get sorted, but if generics won't read it I doubt a lexia will as they use the exact same pathways to read stuff, you have a power supply issue id think, done one recently with a psf1 fault that caused just this! But it really could be anything, broken wire, ignition barrel, psf1... There's an endless list of causes if I'm honest...

Hope you get it sorted and it doesn't cost a fortune (suspect it won't be cheap though if I'm honest )
