1= not electric at all
2= electric to move mirror (which i can do)
3 = fully electric move mirror and will fold in
I also took it to local citroen specialist (not dealer) that said i can have cruise control activated and fitted he said would be cost of part and £30 for the activation
My first post so hello to everybody on Here
and i thought this was a simple question ?????
The answer to your question is yes, you can have/buy any one of the 3 types - with different prices of course, and from after market brands also, not only original.

As I said in a previous post, I had a xsara picasso where the button was the same, but it did not turn to 6 o'clock (when it did in the hands of my daughter, it broke), but this was a car form 2001, so there are other, simpler versions of this button. Maybe nowdays they fit the same button with the extra function to all, I don't know...

It's possible that they just fit the same control for all, but it would be useful to know if others have this set-up.
Yes it's got the 6 o'clock position

I think the switches are all the same for the mirror control.
If you have found someone to enable the cruise control and fit the stalk for £30, that's a very good price. The stalks can be obtained via eBay, or from Citroen and cost about £90. A useful addition especially with all those average speed cameras about. Note that it is not so easy to fit speed limiter function.
