BSI on 2010 1.6 diesel belingo

HI all im wanting some advice on the bsi unit got a customers van in last week for a service and now the van won't start. all dash lights come on but nothing when i turn the ignition. also noticed the electric windows and heater fan not working ? there was also a problem with the dpf regen tank not working. it had a new tank and pump fitted a month a go but it still came up with dpf fault on dash. it wouldn't let me reset the fluid level in the tank. iv left the battery off all night but still the same. at a bit of a loss as to what to do next ?

Check all fuses are ok and make sure you have a known good fully charged battery for starters.
