Can someone who has registered with this web site check to see if they can login
It just won't let me login
Requested a new password which I've got and still won't work
any help is much appreciated

Think I've found the issue
When I try to login, I get a message pop up in French.
After translating the message it says
“your login country is not the one configured, please contact your administrator”
I changed ISP a few months ago and I think this may be the issue
I've emailed them to see if they can sort out the issue
