[Steering & Suspension] Power steering pump

In the next few days I will be changing the power steering pump on my diesel Berlingo and I was wondering if anyone knows of any pitfalls I should be aware of before starting?

It looks like a fairly straight forward job, although the tension adjuster is not like three different ones shown in the Haynes manual, but I don't think that's likely to be a problem.

Just in case anyone else is thinking of doing the same job - it's a relatively straight forward job but unding the one bolt through the hole in the pulley is extremely difficult. I did eventually do it by turning the bolt in small steps. A 13mm 1/4" drive socket came in very useful but this will be goverened by the length of the socket and depth of the ratchet as there is no room for anything oversize.

Otherwise it's not difficult, but do make sure to have a large tray to catch the fluid spillage and make sure the alternator is well protected otherwise it is likely to get filled with the fluid - not good for an alternator!
