1.6hdi vacuum or pressure?

Maybe this is a stupid question but the 90bhp 1.6 hdi are they vacuum or pressure wastegate actuator? Can't remember if it was the 90 that was vacuum or the 110 hdi

Vacuum. 
Upper T tube tends to be clogged. 
Wastegate rod needs to move 1 cm.
