Already done the injector cleaner no difference did notice a slight oil residue on the spigot from the turbo but I really don't know much about engines at all , its booked to go into a garage on Tuesday if there's oil going through the turbo would this cause black smoke?it does become worse at about 2500 rpm is there any way oil can get into the turbo and if so how .thanks

Check your air filter is clean and no obstructions in inlet. Were the same injectors refitted and why were they taken out? Did you remove all the old copper washers and replace with new? (Ie didn't leave an old one in and put a new one on top)

No col the garage said they put new washers I'm starting to think that the problem was already present but due to the bad seal the on one of the injectors the compression was low in one of the chambers and now it's sealed it's blowing back into the engine and could be a bad piston ring although it turns over first time every time,I took the oil cap of the head and theirs a lot of pressure blowing back is this likely that it could be a piston ring?and if so how can I make sure and how easy a fix is it?

Go first with compression test. If it is bad , find out where it is leaking
with cylinder leak down test. Then post your findings here on forum.

Chuffing out of the filler is normal, but as brajomobil has said, a compression test will confirm.
Black smoke is incomplete combustion, ie, too much fuel or not enough air. Did you have the injectors tested while out? A common smoke issue is caused by too thick or too thin amount of copper washers as it changes where the injector sits in the head (how deep or shallow the injector sits) which alters where the fuel sprays into the piston combustion chamber.
