Location of heater blower EU/US left driver
#1
Hi there.

I'm about to access the heater blower and the famous transistor. I'll guess the blower is at the same place regardless of left/right drivers seat.
In my reasearch in these forums I've noticed the blower is supposed to be straight up from the gas pedal on right drived veichles. Would this be toward the center dashboard where the radio and knobs are placed?
On a EU/Norwegian veichle the gas pedal is operated with the right hand foot. It seems strange for me that the gas pedal would be operated by the left foot.
Anyone?

Your research is faulty, the pedals are in the same order in both vehicles with clutch left, brake centre and gas right so the clutch is near the centre and the gas is on the door side.
So where does this bit go then ?

I guess someone mixed it up the left/right driver.
It has to be located on the left side of the console, above my gas pedal.

Yes it is in behing the central console, above the right-hand-drive gas pedal.
