Anyone here ever had a problem with the sender unit located in the fuel tank ?
I think it may be whats causing the fault with my van,
Its alternating between surging and loosing power but only happens when the tank is a quarter or less empty.
When i fill her up the problem vanishes.
Anyone removed the fuel tank before, hard/easy job ?
Thanks

In your other thread you mentioned a hiss when you opened the fuel filler cap, before thinking of removing the tank I would try to fit a small bit of wire or similar accros the seal in the fuel filler cap so you know it is venting correctly.
