Not virginising, but reprogramming yes, except for security code, that's a one time gig unless it's virginised

You must desolder eeprom. Dump content of eeprom to file.
Open file with hex editor enter zeroes at the right place.
Upload file to eeprom. Solder eeprom to ECU. Configure with lexia.
