Hi guys,
Long time reader, first time poster - I've tried searching, but wondering if anybody might be able to help.
I have a peculiar problem with my interior electrics. The guy I bought it from had added small LED lights adjacent to the standard interior lighting, that appear to have bypassed the standard lighting - ie using the wiring to power the new, brighter LED lights. Due to them being installed pretty shonkily, a red and black wire that feed into/from the LED light came into contact with each other.
There was a small spark, and the interior lighting no longer works, and neither does the (aftermarket) radio - although dash lighting, electric windows etc are fully operational. Everything was fully operational prior to this.
I've replaced the fuse, to no avail.
It's a 2000 X 1.9D Forte.
Where would be the next place to look for a solution?
Thanks a lot,
Lewis.
