[List] Parts you've had to pay for within warranty

I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a bad idea if Citroen UK published a list of items on a new vehicle that are not covered by their warranty.
At least it would save multiple phone calls to dealers and the manufacturer in order to obtain a straight answer.
We could also start a thread where people can list the parts that they've had to pay for when the vehicle is within the warranty period.
I can understand light bulbs, mirrors, disc pads and other wear and tear items but parts like discs (assuming normal use) should last well beyond a warranty.
Plastic trim shouldn't break during normal cleaning.
Many manufacturers only guarantee the vehicle's battery for six months yet I can go out and buy one with a four year guarantee.

Couldn't agree more ! My Hyundai Terracan was utterly reliable over the 5 year warranty period and with a day to go I reported the lightest of corrosion on the alloy wheels which resulted in a set being flown in from Germany -no quibble no fuss.service with a smile-excellent!
Unfortunately our Peugeot boxer based camper van dumped all of the oil out of a rear shocker overnight on a campsite -13 months old and only 3.800 miles and even although warranty is 3 years funnily enough IT WAS NOT COVERED!! ''You have USED this vehicle Sir!!! Im hoping if required Citroen can do better!

Ford refused a wheel bearing on my tranny with 2 years warranty left! Its a rotating wearing part sir! we dont cover that! B****hit! I could have pushed it but I'd have been locked up for torching the dealership! I have never experienced poorer service than that provided (or not) by Ford. I wont go into the cam chain tensioner fiasco! I'd never buy a Ford personally!
