CABIN FAR TOO DARK
#1
Using bingo as taxi but annoyed by interior lighting, I need to get light into the rear of cabin without having to open rear door, any ways to operate rear lights from front of cabin ?:?:

The light in the boot area should have been put into rear seating area,But re :- Your Lights,Where did you place the light,Where did they take feed from, and how were the cables routed ?

I would use something like the circular 37 LED lamp here:

http://www.tmart.com/Car-Lights-301grid/...LED-Light/

and wire it from the cigarette lighter feed via a dashboard switch.
Not rocket science and any competent vehicle electrician could do it quite quickly.

The lamp(s) could be mounted over the rear sliding doors or, if you have it, on the Modutop.
A couple of lengths of self adhesive LED strip would also work.

CoolGot LED strips fitted onto plastic storage netting compartment above rear side doors, connected via switch on dash which can be operated with ignition on/off-auto electrician done great job-they look good and really light up the rear compartment which gives rear passengers clear view of door handles, seat belts ( and money !!!) etc.Thinking about changing all interior bulbs to LED to further brighten the place-Might need sunglasses, though !![Image: 1icn.jpg]
