[WTB] Jack and wheelbrace 2005 2.0 HDI

Hi all I am after a jack and wheelbrace for a 2005 2.0HDI. I know  there are others which might fit so if it does let me know. I am in Stockport and can collect ??

Hi Iv'e just looked on ebay there are plenty for sale from PSA Group.

I keep an extending wheel brace in the cargo net on the left side of the boot. Any one ton scissor jack should do the job, scrapyards usually have them but you need something flat to unscrew the wheel release hook. Peugeot 206 uses a similar brace tool and there are plenty of those in scrapyards.

Where did you get the wheel brace from and is it any good? Wouldn't mind one myself. and only wanted a Citroen one to fit in the side compartment bit in the boot out of the way

and keep it in the tray under the passenger seat.
Much easier to extend and undo stubborn bolts just remember do the bolts up in shortened mode.

That's a funny place to keep a brace how long do you hang them before cooking don't they smell .

Most car spares have them but online Cromwell sell one for under £5 with a 17mm and 19mm socket. It works well even gets the wheel nuts off when the tyre fitter has gone crazy with the nut runner.
