Heater No live feed to blower.

I have owned several Berlingo vans before, but never been stumped like this one has.
The Heater/blower does not work. I think I have checked the right fuses (no handbook) 2nd row down 3 in from left?

I have no live feed to the blower. Can somebody help me. Am I missing a master fuse or relay somewhere.

Is there not a heater relay in the engine fuse box ? Try that
