berlingo airbag

Hi all

Im just wondering if any one can possibly help. After putting the interior back together after a heater matrix change, i cant get the drivers airbag to clip into place. I have looked in the haynes manual but cant find anything to say why its not clipping in.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, It should just push in on the 3 clips which are used for releasing. I had mine out the other day but had trouble putting back due to the horn connection getting in the way. Make sure it's seated in it's slot in the steering wheel and that the single wire is not catching in the clip.

What car are talking about? About MB or Renault?

its a berlingo van 2005 1.9d.

I think that cables which comes from Com2000 or minus wire of a horn does not allow you to put back airbag.
