Hi just got a berlingo 1.6 16v petrol desire 07 reg,very nice car and happy with it,
having previously only owned ford is a bit different however well built and has some quirky design touches.

As I have only just got car last week,i found a yellow plastic socket about size of wheelnut in glove box,does any body know what it could be for.

I am suffering brain freeze, I know I had one of those with my Mk 2 and that it fits into the wheel brace, but I am blowed if I can recall what for? Does it fit into the wheel brace then used for lowering the spare wheel?

It fits inside the wheel brace to take it from 19 mm to 17 mm

yes you are right ,just checked it,fits the bolt in the boot that attaches to spare wheel,had me puzzled,thanks.
