I have a 2005 2.0ltr HDi
I wish to purchase a Haynes manual, but there appear to be two variants, one says "1996 to 2005" on the cover and one says "1996 to 2010". This seems odd. Can anyone throw any light on this please?
Regards to all,

Thanks for that (I did already have a copy of that which I downloaded a while back).
I also like to have a "hard copy" as I find it easier to locate the subject matter I am requiring.
"Watching" a couple of copies of the 1996 - 2010 ones on fleabay right now.

I think the earlier one only goes up to 2.0hdi engines where the later one covers 1.6hdi as well.
So where does this bit go then ?

I seem to remember that when I had my new Mk2 2003 I got the first Haynes manual and it covered everything I required.

Just to conclude, I bought one of the later 1996 - 2010 ones off Ebay. Everything appears correct

I'm late to this one sorry .... the earlier book is hardback and the later one is paperback
Just a foible but I and many others prefer a hardback, the 2 litre is covered in both books.
