PAINT CODE KNBC**

Went to Halfords to get some touch up paint.
The code on my berlingo label says knbc** ,I looked for the paint and the one I saw was Citroen Mediterranean blue and had code knb,this is not a match and my colour is a much lighter blue,so I asked at the desk the guy said my colour is not that and is called initiatique blue and he would have to mix some up,but his compressor was not working,try back on Tuesday.
Is that a correct colour for code knbc? at Halfords a aerosol was £6.99,should I try Citroen any idea of price.

The paint code is the first three letters (KNB).

The last letter refers to what lacquer to use on top

If I remember correctly, this is what they mean
A = Non-lacquered flat paint
B = Opaque lacquer
C = Metallic lacquer
D = Pearlescent lacquer

I had to a small job on mine and using Halford spray cans and Halford lacquer the colour was must darker than the original.
In the end I went to a paintshop and they mixed up some paint and lacquer for me and it is now a correct match
