Has anyone purged there diesel engine? if so where is pump on a 2010 ?

On my 2008 it's a rubber bulb that is squeezed, takes a lot of pumping though to get it all through. Have you changed the fuel filter or is there a fault?

Sorry maybe I ask the wrong question . . purge where you use a liquid such as "Liqui Moly" to clean the injectors whilst running the engine using the just contents of the container of  the "liqui Molly"  instead of diesel.    After several minutes the injectors are cleared of any deposits, giving better MPG.
On my VW it was very easy as the diesel filter was in the front and to see and get access to it.   My car is a Berlingo xtr 2012 1.6 e-Hdi
