OIL CHANGE BERLINGO 2005

Hey guys Im new here, don't even know if can post this doubt here, anyway, my boss gave me a berlingo to drive with 

but it hasn't been oil changed for the LAST YEAR

Just checked the oil level and somehow there is NONE 

Need to refill it with new oil and the question is

Where does the filter go? Looked everywhere and could not find it

 Please help me 

And I don't know which filter to buy ...as Im in AUSTRalia
