But after the removel the engine wont start, it cranks but doesnt fire. The immobilizerlamp is flashing. But I have checked the wiring that I can think of that I have toucht. Are there any obvious places to start? I have tried with a friend that has computer, but he couldn´t connect to anything. Please help me, Im getting frustrated.

2001 won't have a comm2000, it will have an immobiliser box that has an aerial though... a quick lexia session will help solve this in 10 mins or you can strip the dash again and take days...
Transponder doesn't use a battery either
Too early for a bsi reset before anyone suggests it too...
Check the aerial is connected at the ignition barrel and from memory they have an immobiliser box that does nothing else unlike later cars, find that and check it's plugged in

So now I have towed the car to my garage. I haved removed the dash and I cant find anything thats not connected. Does anyone know were the immobilizer box is so I can give it a extra check?
My friend that claiming that he can´t connect to the car. He only has a all-car bosch-system. Does it have to be these Lexia program? Or can I use a normal program from a Bosch-all car service? Will it be able to connect to the car?

Bosch system is good. And it tells me something is disconnected if it wont read anything. I suspect you may get same results with Lexia.
First thing to check is the EOBD socket is working properly.
You should have power across pins 5&16, Pins 4&5 are gnds also check the "K" pin (7) for signal. Should be between 3&5v.
This probably has nothing to do with original non start problem, but may help to get scanner connected so you can run diagnostic. Might be something as simple as a blown fuse.
