Power flex lower engine mount bush
#1
hi all

I am in australia at the moment and i have just purchased a 2005 berlingo however it needs the rear drivers side lower engine bush replaced. Can anyone tell me if the power flex one will fit? what is the diameter of the standard one? how hard are they to get in from under the van?

best regards

That should fit as the outer diameter is 70mm and they seem to be the same mounting across the Peugeot, Citroen family, all engines.

I'd double check as the Powerflex website doesn't list 2005 models, contact them maybe ??

Or look here for information and cross reference, I find it a very good site .. http://www.febi-parts.com/?lang=GB

They are literally just filling up the oem bush instead of replacing it. You can do the same for fraction of the price or the ultimate solution is to weld it shut. It will make the shifting feel very positive and give you more feedback from the power train when you feather the throttle or make sudden changes. Say good bye to misshifting gears. Definitely something on my list. You got to do it all around though.
Here is what the OEM bush looks like underneath http://i.imgur.com/DZkmpSg.jpg
