1999 multispace coolant change and refill procedure

hi 

Please excuse if it's written up already or if possible point me to some documentation or u tube video.
 
I have a Berlingo multispace, non turbo diesel, no aircon, 1999 and want to change the coolant and top up with new antifreeze
 
so
- where are the drain points or do I disconnect the radiator hoses?
- is there an engine block drain screw? if so where?
- do I need to flush the rad with a hose/ water?
- are there any bleed points on the tubes for refilling, if so is there a procedure for doing this?
if not how do i do?
- what antifreeze should I use and how much?
