like those tints.
I just got limo tints done on my berlingo last Saturday, they let in 5% daylight, and cost me £130 ,from b pillar back only,
was told its illegal to tint front windows as they have to let in 75% daylight ,and standard windows let in 86% daylight most manufactures vehicles.

yep, I only did from B pillar back. The 2 side windows are clear.......( I also told the insurance co...)

I also bought a squeegee
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Conquerer-PRO-...41aec22029
Side windows ware easy, wet with soapy fluid on outside, apply film and cut to size. Then wet inside, strip backing and apply on inside, (aye, on the wet surface), Use squgee to smooth.
BAck window was harder because of the curve....Need to use a heatgun to gently stretch and ease out wrinkles (on outside of glass). Then wet, peel and apply on inside.....
Loads of youtube vids are available !!
Thanks for the helpful info.
Looks really good and you can see out through the tinted windows very well from the inside.

Ooooo, I never thought to look for "pre cut" ones [Image: ok.gif]
Linky = http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_sop=15...5573.m1684
I think I'll go for these ones = http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/PSSC-Pre-Cut-R...06E1XMDXtQ because they show the round holes cut out for the window mountings, whereas the others in that lot don't. They should be fine for my 05 plate car, but their text is a bit confusing, saying good for all from 1996 to 2015, which can't be right, can it? (M59 and B9)
Just a case of deciding what tint % to go for, I don't want it all dark in there on a nice sunny day !!
Suggestions on that welcomed
Regards to all,
John - (2005 2.0HDi with Modutop roof, mini camper).

When you order, state the year and model or if you wish send a message to them first asking them to confirm the item number you need for your car
As for the tint don't worry about the being dark on a bright day you will be grateful for having some shade from the sun. 20% or 30% would be ok but it's a personnel choice you have to remember it's for privacy from the outside to prevent someone looking in at your personal effects whilst camping

Ta for that iscom
Of course, with tints, one has to be a bit circumspect when it comes to bedtime. It's dark outside, you climb into the MPV, the light comes on and you proceed to undress for bed. I'm pretty sure the tints work the other way around then. You can't see out, but everyone can see in Fortunately I'm too old to be vain, or even bothered

Just hope I don't mess up fitting them

you will probably still need to do the shaping with the heat gun/hairdrier for the rear screen as its convex.
Again, youtube is your friend

I hope you intend to post a full "How to" (with pictures) of the fitting
Having been a passenger in the rear of the Berlingo you do somehow feel a lot more on show than you do in a standard car, so I've also been toying with the idea of tinting the rear windows on mine.
Didn't want to go too dark, just something that looked like the factory tint as fitted to new cars, was thinking along the lines of 35% VLT ?
48pop,
any chance you could post a side on view picture of your windows
