Hmmm, and where does that reside??? I want it or do you need to be affiliated with Peug/Citroen??

Affilation is not needed.
Just buy it and use:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Citroen-E...19c1b26cc9

Or somewhere in inet try to find a "Citroen Sedre Backup".
Version must be 2009 or later if you want to find something about B9

I've got the Stebel Compact Truck Horn shown on this page. It is powerful, but not antisocially so. Smile No idea if it will fit well on the Berlingo, though.

I fitted a twin airhorn set available from halfords for around £20, although it wasn't fitted where the original horn lives, the area is too small, it lives above the fuse box under the bonnet of the MK1

I have a "klaxon" type bought from Ebay years ago and moved from my last car. It's mounted behind the grille on the crossmember. All I did was find the horn wire and cut it. splicing a new piece, via a relay, to my "get out of my way" device!

A word of caution though - I failed the MOT a few weeks ago because "001 Horn not a continuous or uniform sound". This was a new employee at a garage I have used for years, luckily for me when the owner saw this he passed it, albeit with a whisper of advice in my ear for next year!! Had I known, it wouldn't have been a problem as all I had to do was swap two spade terminals over and the original would have been back in use.
