Do you have access to a Haynes Manual.They are a very good source of information for the 1.9D .I did my belt a couple of years ago with the aid of this Manual.

theres an irish lad does a full run through of it on youtube.
possibly bodgit and scarper or something like that. would find you a link but cant get on it in tea break at work.
