fitting type b multifunction display
#1
today i had a go at fitting the multifunction display from a peugeot 307. the display fits no problem plugged straight in and worked first time. problem is that the button on the wiper stalk i popped it off hoping to find the pcb board like i had read but mine doesnt have this its just a blank. will i need to swap out the comms 2000 unit for one with a button ?

thanks in advance

Which part did you pop off, the small cap at the very end of the stalk, or the part that rotates to turn on the rear wiper?

Take a look at the links from the thread below, there are 2 types of wiper stalk, but both only need the small button right at the end. I have a spare COM2000 stalk assembly with wiper, lights & radio stalks. Strangely the small button at the end of the wiper stalk is missing :-). However, there's also a small button at the end of the lighting stalk that should work. PM me if you're interested.
