[split] Changing door mirror

Hi,

We have a 2012 (B9) Berlingo Multispace XTR HDi 112 in Kyanos Blue, unfortunately the drivers side wing mirror got broken. I am considering ordering the insert and the backing plate, which is missing.
1. How easy/hard is it to replace the mirror insert? I am not bothered about the heated part, so a standard one will do.
2. Where can I find the instructions/manual on how to do it properly?

It depends what is broken on it, I have recently replaced the glass on one of mine and I still have the heated part.
