Hi, 
Where can I find the engine code for a 2012 (62) Berlingo Van, 1.6 hdi 75. 
Looked round the engine bay but can't find it. Thanks

The engine code will be in the VIN , its behind the clear panel at the bottom of the windscreen, seen from the outside .

Chances are that it'll start 'DV6', maybe DV6FE ?

Top man. Got it now. Timing belt change and there are 2 different types for a 12 reg 75hp .

56789th Numbers. 
So it would be a 9HN then. 

So where would the DV6??? come from then. 
I have seen these engine codes while looking for parts.

Curious indeed. Did you try putting you reg number into ECP and/or GSF?
