[Filters & Oil] Correct engine oil

Hello folks,
                Could anybody out there tell me the correct engine oil to use in my 1.9d,,,its a 53 plate.

I just had a look at my Citroen Maintenance and Guarantee Guide. It says:

Diesel Engines: Total Quartz Diesel 7000 10w-40 or Total Quartz 9000 5w-40 or Total Quartz Future 9000 Diesel 5w-30 (energy saving oil)

The guide covers MK2 1900 and HDi diesel engines. I bought some FULLY SYNTHETIC 5w-40 for PD engines as the higher 40 rating will be useful for summer use. Hope this helps!
