2004 berlingo 1.9 problem

Hi got a 2004 Berlingo 1.9 for work and just recently had a problem start with the battery light, electric window lights, cigarette lighter light and radio flickering only when engine turned off and the key removed battery and alternator been checked and fine except battery charging at 14.25v when engine running and lights turned on. Anyone else had this problem please help me out with info.
